I’m not sure if anyone else needs to hear this today, but I did 🙂
I am grateful for my life and the crazy journey I’ve been on. I am wildly grateful for the peace and joy I get to experience on most days... I never thought I would live so FREE. 
That said, I woke up today in the trenches, completely disconnected with a let’s shit on Elizabeth mentality 😀. I had to laugh at the insanity of it and reconnect to truth and love. 
That’s what I want to extend to the world ... not the fear I woke up in today 💕not the fear, anxiety and depression I lived in most of my life. 
I wanted to share in case anyone else woke up discombobulated and disconnected.
You are safe. You are loved. You are whole. This very instant and in fact, you’ve never been anything else. Let your light shine ❤️
