A New Year without you...

I stopped by the Linneman house tonight and sat there for a few minutes... remembering NYE last year. You and I made tacos and some other snacks for our party with the girls. We played pie face and watched it’s a wonderful life. I’ll never forget you came over and kissed me on the head after the movie and said “we have it all sweetheart.” And we did.
I would give anything to go back to that night. I would give anything for one more hug, one more kiss, or to hear your voice one more time.
I want the 2019 we planned, I want our May 11th wedding, our vacation to Hawaii, our golf trip and all our other plans. I want the simple mornings and nights with you. 
I don’t know what 2019 will bring, I don’t know how it will look, but I do know I’ll find a way to carry that love with me and share it with as many people as I can.
Somehow.
